Abstract:

Based on the analysis of case of registration of publications around 1932, this paper illustrates
that publication management was localized by special political environment during the period of Chen Jitang，
in the service of preserving local regime, through comparative analysis of the differences of publication
management policies and measures between Nanjing National Government and South-west Political
Committee and Executive Council.
