A Study on Job Satisfaction of Young Editors in China

Abstract:

Organizational commitment is an important field of organizational behavior. The meaning
of young editors’ organizational commitment is that young editors want to serve the organization
wholeheartedly,and also want to stay in the organization. The structure model dimensions of Chinese young
editors’ organizational commitment mainly include the emotional commitment,normative commitment,
ideal commitment,economic commitment and opportunity commitment. Young editors should improve
organizational commitment by the way of career planning and personal advantages exploiting,professional
qualities and research ability improvement.
