Abstract:

Though our country’s publishing industry has obtained great achievement in the past ten years, there are so many institutional problems hindering its development. No doubt market-oriented reform is the best solution of these problems. Practically, enterprise transferring reform of state owned publishing house is the first step of reform, now it is important to promote the diversified ownership reform and thoroughly convert the government regulation.
