The In?uence of Job Burnout on Job Embeddedness for University Journal Female Editors

Abstract:

Based on the combing of literature, this paper constructs the effect model of job burnout on
female job burnout, and explores the mediating effect and boundary condition. Using the Bootstrap method, the
data of 176 female editors of 80 universities in 6 cities of China were analyzed by multiple regression analysis.
The empirical results show that job burnout has a negative impact on job embedding, subjective well-being
has an intermediary role between the two, editor-in-charge negative adjustment of the negative job burnout on
subjective well-being. The research enriches the researches on the job burnout and the responsible leadership
in theory, which has some enlightenment to the management of university journals, employees’mental health
and the whole development.
