Abstract:

The Peer Review is the basic system for reviewing manuscripts in academic

journals internationally. Science， Technology and Medicine（STM）publishers have used some

of the early Artificial Intelligence（AI）technologies to enhance and automate the tasks involved

in peer review， including editorial management systems for peer review administration， peer

review process papers and review expert analysis and matching， and data verification and

validation Artificial Intelligence application in syndrome links. Artificial Intelligence may not only

solve the problems in peer review system， but also face the ethical dilemma of value judgment，

data openness and reliability， and the challenge of further improving the concentration of STM

publishing industry.
