Abstract: [Abstract] The reorganization of published content refers to the process of selecting relevant content from fragmented content and organizing it into products that conform to specific discourse structure according to the users’ request. However, the current dynamic reorganization of published content is just the aggregation of fragmented content resources, which fails to take account of specific discourse structures, so the content products provided by the systems are not human-readable and cannot be utilized by users directly. Thus, a new published content reorganization system, which can integrate the content based on the discourse structure into dynamic semantic publications enables a sound process of dynamic semantic publishing. As regards the design of content organization module, we introduce the methods of both exploring the users’ deep-level demand and building a discourse structure, and then propose the following content organization strategy : build discourse intention structures according to the underlying user demand, and map it to the discourse rhetorical structure which serves as guideline for content reorganization.
