Abstract: [Abstract] With the guidance of the publishing integration strategy, many publishers have done some positive explorations in technologies, contents, and operations to achieve their own integration and development, but many of these beneficial attempts have not achieved satisfactory results. The article adopts the field research method and the content analysis method, analyzes the status quo of the publisher’s integration development, and finds that the traditional organizational mechanism is the biggest obstacle to the integration and transformation of the publishing house. In order to provide reference for the transformation of the publishing house, the article proposes a set of innovative programs for the internal of the publishing organization, including organizational strategies, organizational structures, human resource management and corporate culture construction.
