Abstract:

Knowledge service is becoming an important path for the transformation and upgrading of
traditional professional publishing houses. At first， this paper expounds the development background and
present status of professional publishing knowledge service， and analyzes three basic patterns of professional
publishing houses knowledge service， which is divided on the basis of the personalization of the knowledge
service. The three service patterns are based-on-user-demand personalized customized service pattern，
based-on-user-scenario personalized post service pattern and based-on-user-behavior personalized push
service pattern， and then discusses their connotation and applicability. Finally， the paper points out that the
personalized service is the main development direction of professional publishing houses’knowledge service
in the future.
