Study on Lazy Listening Book Publishing Management System

Abstract:

The case analysis method is used to analyze the Lazy Listening Book of the audio book
publishing company, and the related research about the predecessors in all aspects is referenced. The
present situation of the audio books in China is summed up; and the Lazy Listening Book’s management
model and business model is explored from the perspective of enterprise management and copyright
management. Moreover, products, prices, channels and promotions of the Lazy Listening Book are
discussed as well. And on this basis, it inqures into sound book profit models, operation and management
models and business models.
