Abstract:

Countries of the Central Asia are not only the vital and strategic places along the“ Silk Road
Economic Zone”, but they are also the new opening directions of Chinese publishing companies under the
background policy “One Belt One Road ”. As one of the most essential parts of intellectual property system,
the copyright system is the fundamental guarantee of innovation and risk prevention. It is well known that
countries of the central Asia totally have a low index of intellectual property, so researching the copyright
system of these countries is important to Chinese companies. This paper researches the globalization of
copyright system and regionalization of copyright protection of five countries of central Asia, which will offer
Chinese publishing enterprises indispensable protection when they expand of overseas markets, prevent the
copyright infringement risks and make overseas copyright protection strategies.
