Abstract:
The stereotyped female editors are often unconfident, susceptible, and tired of their profession. With an analysis of the causes of the stereotyped image of female editors, this article discusses ways for the reconstruction of this image. Social gender awareness should be popularized to make it a part of decision making. Media should self disciplined to spread correct gender culture. Female editors should be more confident and give full play to their unique characteristics and perspectives in their work.
