Abstract:

Under the“Internet +”environment, editing and publishing activities emerge from some new
characteristics on the diverse sources of manuscripts, the dimensional form of publication, and the publishing
resources value etc. Therefore, editors should have consciousness of users, big data, collaboration trans-field,
innovation and marketing. Meanwhile, editors should learn and improve some new professional abilities.
