Abstract:

　Latin America is a new position of China’s Belt & Road initiative. With the help of digital publishing，
China can help Latin America Countries get rid of the economic dependence on the western developed
countries， unblocked the cultural exchange with China， and build a platform for the belt and road initiative
strategy implementation. China-Latin America digital publishing cooperation is an important work to build a new
situation in the Belt & Road initiative with Latin America. China should actively promote mutual cooperation of
digital publishing.
