Abstract:

How to create excellent textbooks? This is the common problem of the educational publishing
houses. In order to solve this problem, we must create some powerful teams, including the author teams, the
editor teams, the marketing teams, and the training teams. These teams must work together, and comprehend
the standards of excellent textbooks, and understand the rights and duties, and design the procedures
reasonably. For the sake of achieving these goals, educational publishing have to remember its mission, and
take the cultivation of teachers and students as its own duty. It must have a passion for education, and keep
the future of the country in mind.
