Abstract:

With the gradual deepening of structural reform of China’ s supply side， all kinds of publishing
houses have been successfully transformed under the guidance of government policies， and have been
transformed from institutions to enterprises. In the fierce market competition， China’ s publishing industry is
undergoing tremendous changes， publishing enterprises in the market economy tide slightly inadvertently
may be caught in the plight of financial crisis. The accurate identification of financial risk management， the
establishment of early warning mechanism of enterprise financial risk effectively， to prevent and resolve risks，
improve the financial management level of enterprises， is the only way which must be passed enterprises to
maintain long-term sustainable development.
