Abstract:

There is an objective basics and inherent request of the integration between the values and the
publishing. At one side, publishing activities, reflecting the will of the rule, has its intrinsic value, meanwhile, the
externalities of the publishing enlarged this kind of values, and the commodity attribute of the publishing has its
natural mechanism to broadcast the values, on the other side, the public trust of the publishing enhanced its
values of liability, and the development of the publishing itself has to be guided by values. So the socialist core
value and the publishing should be development in an integrated way in the publishing of china' s socialist, it' s
has the most important role to cultivate and practice the socialist core value.Hence, the publishing should take active
measures to promote the integration by guaranteeing institution, intensifying characteristic，strengthening
the evaluation and innovating forms, what's more, to promote the penetrability, the attractiveness and the
influence of the socialist core values.
