Benefi t Corporation: the Version 2.0 of Achieving the Cultural Nature for Publishing Corporations

Abstract:

The publishing industry is provided with ideology characteristic as well as business characteristic.
Corporate social responsibility is little effect in China, which is the 1.0 version of achieving the cultural nature
of publishing corporations. Benefit corporation which is originated from the United States has established the
legal identity to for-profit enterprises. There is a particular reference to publishing corporations which treat
public benefits as the primary purpose. Benefit corporation should be introduced and reformed in China.
Benefit corporation is beyond corporate social responsibility, so that it is the version 2.0 of achieving the
cultural nature for publishing corporations.
