Abstract:

　This paper investigates the situation of postgraduate education in digital media technology
which based on“First-Class University Rankings in China”， including national ranking，major title， name of
colleges and research direction. The author divided the major into four types， such as publishing， journalism
and communication， art design and information technology. Meanwhile， it also concluded its characteristic
in course contribution， teaching methods and employment direction，and the problems such as low course
setting rate， chaos of course distribution， teaching staff and scale need to be promoted， course construction
and professional research direction is weak have been come up， so as to provide reference for professional
media cultivation in China.
