Abstract:

Editor is the first productivity of the publishing unit. In the era of media convergence, how to
cultivate famous editors effectively is becoming an important problem to the publishers. This paper analyzes
the reasons for the difficulty of famous editor cultivating in the process of media convergence time, and puts
forward six countermeasures to solve the problems.
