Abstract:

The media convergence makes the whole editorial practice undergo drastic changes, which also leads
to big changes of editors’composition , status and responsibility. The composition of the editor is becoming more
and more varied from one to three. The status and the function of the editor is becoming more and more intensive.
The responsibility of editor is gradually changing from selection and optimization to aggregation and transaction.
