Abstract:

The paper analyzes the deep changes in the publishing field brought by media convergence，and the shortcomings of the traditional editorial work. Then， it puts forward many suggestions， including learning the theory of editing to enhance the editorial force， learning computer skills to strengthen the editorial ability.
