Abstract:

China’s rural area, in the process of urbanization development, requires the construction of farmers’ spiritual culture and knowledge, and China’s rural publishing undertakes this task, especially in the “mediatization” era. Mobile Internet terminal to mobile phone as the representative of the widespread dissemination are widely used in China’s rural area. Chinese rural area needs to actively adapt to establish new communication platform, and integration of the traditional“three rural issues”books in the new media platform, in-depth and effective to do cultural knowledge, agricultural service“Three Rural Issues”.
