Abstract:
Small micro cultural enterprises in China are numerous and absorbing a large number of employment. It has become an integral part of cultural industry in China, but generally lack of talent and brand marketing consciousness, have difficulty with financing and enterprise management. Small micro cultural enterprises, to seek development, must be in human resources management, financing, brand marketing and enterprise management innovation.
