Abstract:

This thesis putted forward and proved the idea of Chinese public service publishing of network academic resources database. The subjects of public network academic resources database are research fund and publishing fund.The objects of public network academic resources database are academic achievements and publications such as journals and monographs supported by research funds and publishing funds.The public database will providing service to personal user.
