Encouraging the Core Editor Group in Publishing Organizations from the Perspective of the Psychological Contract

Abstract:

Psychological contract is a kind of unwritten contract between employees and organizations. However,it has an important influence on the employees’ behavior and attitude in organizations. From this perspective, this thesis probes into encouraging the typical knowledgeable staff: the core editor group, and it proposes the incentive target, the incentive strategy and the concrete methods, which are based upon the psychological contract of the core editor group.
