Abstract:

There existing the problems that are offside of bibliometrics, the absence of readers, and the dissimilation of periodical evaluation function at present. In the evaluation of periodicals, citation rate of papers is not equal to the evaluation of readers, the qualitative evaluation of experts can not replace the evaluation of the readers, and Web download rate can not feedback evaluation of readers. The evaluation of periodicals should pay more attention to the evaluation of readers in the periodical reform now.
