Abstract:

By reforming property rights system of publishing enterprises, rationalizing the property rights relations, standardizing corporate governance structure, establishing long-term incentives, facilitating the flow of property rights and diversifying property rights, the pace of establishing modern enterprise system will be accelerated. As a result, a greater and better enterprise foundation can be built.
