Abstract:
Accelerating technical innovation, global competition and diversified enterprise strategies make the inter-organization competitive relationship based on zero-sum game gradually replaced by the inter-organization cooperating competitive relationship based on non-zero-sum game. Obtainment of more external strategic resources has become one of the important strategies for publishing groups to improve competitive force. The article analyzes several main present categories of publishing-group strategic alliances in China and their resource composition and points out that the publishing groups in China can solve the integration problems of external resources through establishing four routes, including constructing transn-ational, trans-regional, trans-industrial and trans-ownership strategic alliances so as to make up the shortage of strategic resources and to further improve the comprehensive competitive power of publishing groups in China.
