Abstract:

The main problems existing in comprehensive supplementary newspaper are lack of supervision, serious homogenization, poor quality, malicious competition, loss of honesty. To avoid these problems, some comprehensive supplementary newspapers could be run by the strategy of regional development, and we should make effort in the running mechanism, development goals, core team, content, marketing， and so on.And then, with a certain time in a specific region, we can distribute high quality products, establish a brand and our own base, lay a good foundation for the future development.
