Abstract:

The conflict and interests balance between copyright and educational“fair use”has always been the focus of academic publishers and educational institutions. This article will review digital copyright infringement disputes between the U.S. publisher and two famous universities in order to provide a reference for the scientific development of the academic publishing industry.
