After several decades of development，the Japanese animation industry has established a mature industry
system and a huge industrial scale. It has great influence not only on the Japanese domestic cultural industries and content industry but also on the international animation market. It has great market share in the international animation
market. This paper concerns the relationship between Japanese animation industry and industrial chain, the main components and industrial scale of Japanese animation industry, the mature business operation mode, etc, to explore the
advantages and characteristics of the development of Japanese animation industry.
