The Need of the Times, the Question of Academic Theory, and the Need of the Industry in the Upgrading of Publishing Science in the New Era

摘要:

新时代为中国出版业提出了新使命,急切需要出版学为行业发展注入新动力。基于此,
本文探讨如下 3 个问题 :(1)出版学升级的时代之需 :在中国特色社会主义新时代,出版学急需升
级为一级学科,更好地发挥出版的政治、文化和外宣功能 ;(2)出版学升级的学理之问 :新时期中
国出版业蓬勃发展,为行业提供理论基础的出版学转型升级是当务之急;(3)出版学升级的行业之要:
出版专业应用人才培养的供需矛盾突出,出版学升级为一级学科势在必行。

Abstract:

The new era puts forward a new mission for China’s publishing industry, and it
urgently needs publishing science to inject new impetus into the development of the industry.
Based on this, this paper discusses :(
1)the need of the times in the upgrading of publishing
science :in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, publishing science needs to
be upgraded to a first-level discipline to better play the political, cultural and publicity functions
of publishing ;(2)the question of academic theory in the upgrading of publishing science :the
publishing industry in China is booming in the new era. It is urgent to transform and upgrade the
publishing science which provides the theoretical basis for the industry.(3)the need of the
industry in the upgrading of publishing science :the contradiction between supply and demand
of applied talents training in the publishing major is prominent, so it is imperative to upgrade the
publishing science to a first-level discipline.
