摘要：

考察出版家赵家璧的编辑生涯，揭示高质量图书编辑力的概念、基本特征和主要路
径。高质量编辑力是决定图书出版整体水平的关键因素，最重要的三个特征是：拥有编辑代表作、
拥有一支高端作者团队、拥有成熟的编辑思想。提升高质量图书编辑力，必须加强专业以增强
识才能力，锻炼学术思维以不断优化创意，密切关注现实以助力社会进步，重视经营创新以打
造出版品牌。

Abstract:

This paper studies Zhao Jiabi’s editing career， and reveals the concept， basic
characteristics and main paths of high-quality book editing power. High quality editing power
is the key factor to determine the overall level of book publishing. The most important three
basic characteristics are ： having representative editorial works， having a high level author
team and having mature editing ideas. To improve high quality editing power， we must
strengthen professional accomplishment to enhance the ability of identifing talents， train
academic thinking to optimize creativity， pay close attention to reality to help social progress，
and attach importance to management innovation to create a publishing brand.
