新闻出版业上市公司转型模式研究

Research on Transformation Model of Listed Company in News and Publishing Industry

摘要:

在国家密集出台各种文化产业发展和出版传媒行业发展诸多利好政策的背景下,我国出版传媒业跨越式发展的时代终于到来。另外,在数字出版、新媒体、新技术的冲击下,出版传媒业公司的转型也迫在眉睫。本文以新闻出版业上市公司为例,分析研究其转型路径和多元化投资之路,总结其在转型过程中的主要特征。从选取的案例来看,上市公司充分利用资本市场的优势,采用投资、并购和重组等手段进入数字出版、在线教育、影视娱乐、互联网等领域,核心逻辑主要包括在巩固和保持传统优势的基础上,实现纸质内容数字化,全媒体传播,同时以内容和资本为纽带,探索多元化经营。

Abstract:

Under the background of national intensive introduction of various policies that in favor of the development of cultural, media and publishing industry,the leaping development for media and publishing industry era is finally coming.At the same time,facing with the impact of digital publishing,new media, new technique, the transformation of media and publishing industry becomes extremely urgent.The article takes the press and publication companies as examples, analyzing their transformation paths and diversified investment ways, summarizing the main characteristics they possessed in the process of transformation. In view of the cases we chosen, it becomes clear that public companies make full use of the advantage of capital market, getting access to the digital publishing , online education, film and media, Internet and other fields by means of investment, merger, reorganization and so on. The core logic mainly contains realizing the digitization of paper-based content and all media transmission on the basis of enhancing and maintaining traditional advantages, meanwhile searching for diversified management which bonded with content and capital.
