Abstract: Diversification is the strategic choice of an enterprise when it has developed at a certain stage. Diversification includes four main forms which are Concentric Diversification, Horizontal Diversification, Vertical Diversification and Unrelated Diversification. Publishing groups should fully understand the pros and cons of diversification, regarding completing the publishing industry as the foundation, and developing the diversification timely and moderately according to the correlation and their own advantages. In addition, they should pay attention to the cultural construction of an enterprise and talent cultivation.
