Abstract:

The emotion cognition, emotion-facilitating, emotion understanding and emotion management in the emotional intelligence of sci-tech periodical editors can promote the establishment of author group. The sci-tech periodical editors’emotion understanding plays an important role in maintaining the author group, and their emotion management can help them treat with the authors’ negative emotion effectively, which occurs when they facing manuscript rejection and modification suggestion. Sci-tech periodical editors’ high emotional intelligence can also optimize the author group.
