Abstract:

As a trendsetter, advocator and disseminator in the process of cultural transmission, a journal editor’s personality
situation has a very important effect on the journal’s cultural inheritance. The degree of the journal editor’s personality
refinement is also a main presentation of his cultural consciousness. To achieve the goal of our people’s highly cultural consciousness, journal editors should try to be the pioneers in the development of the people’s cultural consciousness by paying
