Abstract:

By analyzing the problems faced by Chinese e-book industry, this article proposes a means to solve those
issues, namely establishing a digital publishing industry alliance. Then, it introduces the task, the operating mechanism
and the significance of this alliance to illustrate how to promote rational division of labors in the digital publishing industry
chain in order to facilitate the development of digital publishing industry.
