Abstract:

This paper summarizes the ontology theories， and then on the basis of analyzing the important role that ontology plays in achieving effective organization of digital content， in semantic retrievals， in semantic navigation and in
personalized services， builds a bookstore ontology via consolidating the existing ontology construction methods， which
can be a reference for subsequent researchers.
