Taking ScienceDirect、 SpringerLink and Wiley InterScience as objects of study， the paper analyzes collectivization operation, professional contents, high quality of resources, diversification of pricing systems and globalization
of the publicity strategies in these databases, and then puts forward the constructive suggestions hoping which are good for
the internationalization of scholarly journals databases.
