Abstract:

How to transform from educational content provider to the education service provider, which is one of the hot topics
of current educational publishing. The author thinks that the key to solve the problem is to construct personalized to meet
the learning needs of digital education publishing model. This article puts forward four aspects of the digital publishing needs,
including learning environment, learning content, learning process and learning effects evaluation.
