Abstract:

The minority has created a unique and colorful culture in long-term production. The minority
publishing industry should make use of the advantage of the cultural resources, promote and disseminate the
national culture, serve the specific target readers, use the new technology to open up and innovate, take the
road of intensification, move to be “ special, unique, fine, new”, create the unique development model of
the minority publishing industry.
