Abstract:

Using the Xinjiang’s publication as clues, this paper analyzes the status and social significance of
the publications’ “ going out” in Xinjiang, points out the shortcoming in the process, then discusses how
the Xinjiang’s publication can “ go out” successfully, and lastly makes a few recommendations about speeding
up the internationalization of publications in Xinjiang, including making positioning planning accurate, improving
the quality of publication, the expansion of channels.
