Abstract:

 The aim of reviewing a submitted manuscript is to evaluate the quality of the manuscript. Initial internal
evaluation is the first step, in which the form, content, academic quality of submissions undergo preliminary evaluation.
Editors in charge should fulfill their responsibilities, treat every submission fairly, and get a clear understanding of manuscripts, and be good at searching Internet resources, and promote their professional qualities, resulting in improving
qualities of published articles.
