Abstract:

Based on the history of Net Price Agreement (NBA) in England, this thesis describes the 100 years
as a journey of 3 stages, which are the stages of formation, maturity and ending. Then the thesis analyses the historical
background, logic, and meaning of NBA, by all these efforts this thesis wants to draw lessons for the practice of
publishing industry in China
