Abstract:

Ever since copyright has been a legal issue which related to the right of reputation and financial
benefits in terms of loyalties collecting, credit giving then became a concept in credit which developed around copyright
and extent to “ no plagiarism” as a personal reputation within academic and publishing circles. 《 GB/T 7714》, as
the basis of credit giving for Chinese academic products, its detailed regulations, do embody a strict defining of credit
giving for academic achievements which, alone with the respect to intellectual efforts, have been putting into practice
in the publishing standardization.
