Abstract:

The editor should have his own standard value (i.e. the highest value). Socialism editor’s value has
righteousness advantage unity, which does not deny individual’s and faction’s material interest, and takes moral function.
Now the lofty goal which the editor pursues should be to publish books which is beneficial in the social civilization
