Abstract:

New editing and publishing talents are needed because of the changeable digital technique promoting
publishing industry’s recent development enormously. Through developing three capabilities, including grasping the
educational resources tendency, providing the implementing way of advanced resources as well as carrying on the market
and providing the high-quality service, the Senior Educational Publishing House make itself become the leader of the
educational publishing industry. The related colleges and universities must consider these factors in fostering the
