Abstract:

The paper pointed out that international competitiveness of STM publishing was the result of series
of factors and forces, which works reciprocally. After briefly reviewing the relative research, the author designed the
evaluation model of international competitiveness of STM publishing. This model consists of six factors, which
are system, resource, organization, demand, technology and publication. Then the author analyzed each of these
factors.
