Abstract:

The human resource of distribution groups is composed of three teams, which are managers, specialist
and distributors. To bulid up a harmonious company, the three teams should develop together. Distribution groups s
hould fasten reform in the domain of human resources, labor and distribution system, in order to promote employee
team building.
